Quick and easy pick up and return. Will use Thrifty again.
All the staff were friendly and very efficient. The Dodge Ram we rented was perfect and had lots of extra features. Will definitely use them again.
Be cautious of renting "the manager special". I thought I was renting a small to medium size car, they wanted to put me in a Ram 2500 pick up truck that I couldn't even get into let alone drive the huge thing. Then they charged me more money to downgrade to a car I was able to drive. Very upset about the downgrade charge and felt taken advantage of.
Pick up service was slow- long line. Thrifty signage/directions vs Hertz signage/directions were confusing.
