Beware, I would not rent from Thrifty in Reno ever again. Just had a bad experience. They tacked on additional charges without my permission or consent and refused to remove the charges!
Vehicle was in good working order it cleanliness was unacceptable
Great seamless experience from pick up to return. Thrifty has a great team and great vehicles providing an exceptional customer experience.
Horrible service and tried to put me in a ram 250 with gas prices $6 a gallon..I was told that they didn't have anything smaller but when I said ill go elsewhere all of a sudden a economy sized SUV was available.
