Never again will I use this rental agency. Stood in line to pick up the car for over an hour. Only one person at the desk. Car was not in the best condition
horible experience, a line of people waiting on cars in thier class, while upgrades were avialable but not complimentary. then recieved an electric car, not fully charged after waiting. online the FAQ guarentees your car and there were cars, just better cars available.

I've rented with Thrifty a lot over the decades. They were usually "adequate," but nothing special relative to others. The bar never seemed that high. The team I interacted with at RNO, however, stood out in their friendliness, professionalism, and efficiency. They didn't try to scare me with stories about why I should pay for their insurance (though they understandably applied a little sales pressure), and they were extremely accommodating to and cheerful about special requests.
