**Don’t rent thrifty in Reno.** Reserved a car for 2pm. They don’t staff their Thrifty rental kiosk in the airport so I had to wait almost an hour in line at with the Hertz rental people. (There was no separate line for thrifty/dollar.) Then when I finally got to the front of the super slow combo line (slow partly because they were pushing people to buy extra insurance.) they did not even have the car ready that they had rented me that I had reserved for 2pm. Worst of them all. Terrible customer service, long waits. Like dude I booked my car for 2, why is there one person working and taking 20 mins per customer? I’m already checked in online what am I waiting for??
This place is awful. Left my wallet in the car and then had to wait in line for 30 mins to be told they wouldn’t check for it and I’d have to file for a lost item online. So then I had to be searched and questioned at TSA because I didn’t have my DL….all because they refused to assist me. I will never see my wallet again because it had cash in it. That’s 100% the real reason.
0 stars would be better. Took 1.5 hrs in line and then another hour to get the keys. Nobody around to help - Awful customer service. Safe to say we won’t be using Thrifty again
Worst car rental experience I've experienced, will be looking to speaking with corporate about my whole experience. Rosa front desk clerk more than likely inexperienced at what age does, no on pre checked my vehicle and now I am being blamed for damage. Reading other reviews as well, they didn't have my car I reserved and then I am offered something completely different. Paul who is the back office clerk has been highly irresponsible and not providing clarity on my current matter. The lack of professionalism at this place is... read more
