Worst car rental experience ever - they left us waiting outside in the heat for almost two hours with a 18-month old because they didn't have cars. Didn't offer us any kind of water. Agents were snarky, and grinning the whole time. I admit, we were an hour late to the pickup, but they didn't have a single car available. The agent told me "we gave away all our cars already, and you are 1 hour late, so we can't guarantee a vehicle." Location agent took deposit on 2 cards, I told have you release one at the time of picking car she said yes, now even after 2 days of rental agreement finished no release on both the cards you are blocking tourist funds have some shame disaster service already called 5 times CS can't speak good English also
Trying to charge me almost a year later.
