Location agent took deposit on 2 cards, I told have you release one at the time of picking car she said yes, now even after 2 days of rental agreement finished no release on both the cards you are blocking tourist funds have some shame disaster service already called 5 times CS can't speak good English also

Getting the vehicle and returning it wasn’t an issue. The staff was friendly and the price was reasonable. There additional charges are crazy. Charged 10.00 just to return the car earlier. Vehicle licensing cost recovery 11.28. Fla surcharge 20.20. Just FYI……

Hertz at the airport didn't honor a reservation we made and opened a new contract without letting us know. We we're directed by customer service to resolve our issue at this location. Young guy behind the counter was nice and trying his best to help us. (Mike Foss) Then this older, bald, heavy set man came over and was extremely unprofessional, rude and even resulted to mocking us in front of other customers who were waiting for reservations for cars that they didn't even have.
