Shockingly badly run agency. Local office canceled booking last minute despite confirmed reservation. Refuses to honor prices still available on Hertz and Expedia sites - "the computer won't let me." Someone needs to sync inventory with site offerings. Worse than the Seinfeld episode!
Terrible terrible do not rent from here. Show up for my truck rental at 8am, they said it was for a different day but I couldn't cancel it because "it was past my rental time." ??? Had to call customer service to cancel it. However they assured me they would have one the next day. Come back, wait for 10 minutes even though i am the only person there, only to tell me they don't have it. No big deal to them. I only have until 11am to get this errand done. I booked the car and got confirmation. Then they said they didn't have it after I waited for 30 minutes to be seen. Of course, they said the only cars they had cost more!!! What a rip off.
