ZERO STAR AND PLEASE AVOID..Booked my rental on 8/23 before the pickup date 10/2 in Atlanta airport and still they didn’t honor my booking and they mentioned no vehicle available upon arrival after in the line for around 45mins. Very frustrating and worst customer care service and experience. Will not recommend and never ever book again with Thrifty
