There was a client complaint and now experienced it personally. This place is not in any condition to be open for a brand such as Hertz and Thrifty. Upon arrival the vehicle booked was NOT available and the male representative was not very helpful at all. Later found excess charges not applicable to my bill and communicated with the same location/agent on the matter to address. He has yet to return my call and will be filing for a full refund.
The staff are patient and professional. They do their job well and have excellent customer service skills when dealing w rude entitled people. Bless them for what they do everyday.
I have a rental through Thrifty I called customer services to add the toll services they told me I have to go into.a location to add the services in person so I drove an hour and half to the closest location and have to wait over two hours because they don’t have enough people working . Just to add a services in my rental. The place needs a lot of work and a deep cleaning it’s bad
