Please don’t rent here. My reservation said unlimited mileage which is the reason I booked because I was going to Arizona from California. To my surprise they waited until I had already paid to say that it would be 50 cent per additional mile after 150 per day. Ridiculous and not considerate by any mean. Would have got my rental from enterprise had I known this. Tiffany was 0 help and was rude.

Great place to drop off a car I rented elsewhere. hours posted on the front door and on Google may be incorrect.

Made a reservation online for pickup at 12pm on Saturday. Took an Uber and arrived at the office at 12:17pm to find the office closed at 12pm. Called customer service to pick up my car at an alternate location. They would only cancel my existing booking and rebook me at the airport 25 miles away at an additional $120 on top of what I originally paid. This place is terrible . My wife made a reservation under her name , but they are unable to extend the reservation to me , her husband , as she is at home sick . The desk staff are outright rude. Over Memorial Day weekend,they doublebooked causing huge issues for people who were being turned around for their weekend rental. The 4Runner we were issued had balding tires, which were 10PSI overfilled, and were unbalanced, which is a major safety issue( Hertz never responded to us about swapping out another vehicle) Plenty of oth... read more
