Sheri is a godsend, I made it late there Saturday to turn my car in and she was in the process of leaving but she still processed my car and let me turn it in. I forgot that Thrifty Car Rental closes at 12 noon on Saturdays. I got the car at 1230, soI assumed I could turn it back in then. She wasn't happy with me, but she saved me a major headache 🙏🙏

I can not begin to describe my disappointment with this company. If I could give it -stars, I would. I made my reservation over a month ago and they call me two hours before pickup (that I had already checked in for) and left a message saying "sorry, we just don't have a car for you." I had a few thousand dollars in reservations at my destination and Spring Break is ruined. Just avoid this place.
