Car reserved was not available at pick up. Have me a lower tier car with no change in price. Upon return I was charged for “lis” insurance at 16.09/day when all extra coverages were declined. Bad experience
Reserved the vehicle well in advance online. Once I arrived there was no vehicle. They had several for much more money. They said take it or leave it. Apparently there is not a reason to reserve vehicles online. Bait and switch. And the vehicle smelled like cigarettes.

Worst experience ever. The car was out of alignment and dirty inside and out.
