Customer service is horrible. I agree with others when it comes to the reps trying to get you to buy all the upgrades upfront (gas, tolls etc) but of course thats there job. But thats not my complaint. The rep was speaking very fast and his accent was very heavy. He was very rude when I asked him to repeat himself. I dont think he likes his job. The only plus is that the rental company is located on the airport grounds.

Avoid at all costs! Thrifty deserves 0 stars. They charged fraudulent extra fees and lied about insurance coverage, even though my insurance covers damage and theft. They use scare tactics and invented scenarios to pressure customers. After arguing, they eventually removed the fees—but only after wasting our time with an arrogant attitude. Worst car rental company I’ve ever dealt with.

Son unos ladrones pague $325 en línea por 8 días y luego me cobraron $855 devolviendo fianza de $200 y no me devolvieron el crédito de $325. Y use el pass del aeropuerto para los peajes así que no tenía ningún cargo adicional lo peor es que no me contestan

Watch these people. My reservation suddenly jumped by $200 when they added extra toll and fuel packages on my behalf despite declining them. Had to return to have it corrected. It seems to be a trend if you notice other reviews.
