Is it possible to give ZERO stars? The last time I had dealings with Thrifty Car Rental at this location was in 2023 and I still get upset when I think about it. They upcharged me $200 for what I expected to be charged. First of all, they said that I specified an electric vehicle and that it would be extra for a gas vehicle. Eles insistiram, mas no caberia nossas malas (famlia de 5 pessoas), tivemos que insistir at que fizeram alguma manobra e pediram ajuda Hertz que nos disponibilizou o veculo. I’m also a member and have rented with them previously. A cancellation fee is $100 so a... read more
Once I saw they were affiliated with Dollar I should've ran. I just rented a car for 1 day. I paid the $17 for unlimited tolls. What do I see on my credit card statement today. $35 charge for tolls. Imagine that!
