I had a great experience at Thrifty at the Wilmington station, due to the Thrifty attendant, Rodney. He was kind, helpful and patient. Thank you Rodney. How often does one feel comfortable at a car rental company, where it is most often a pressured, uncomfortable experience? I will remember this.
