Manager verry rude, unprofessional, needs to go, I'm not going back to use them, very unhappy, got a car with low tire and was sent to Wheel Work were it took 2 hours to replace a tire. Aroma Han said that they need not to replace the tire, instead of apologize for not inspecting the car before releasing it to another renter, he even raised his voice to the point a customer he was helping intervene. there are other car rentals around to go to.

Place is very disorganized, cars are not very clean and didn’t have what we rented in stock…

Progressively got worse. It started out fine but then the first car we rented was in really bad shape. The second car we rented was better but then the car showed low air pressure. I let the manager know and I got a very rude response after being on hold for 30 minutes. This location is very mismanaged and never has proper stock. There was a handicapped person who seemed to be waiting for an eternity. His face said it all. Do not rent any car from Hertz rental company. They charge you extra for nothing .they stealing money from your account. Unfortunately before I read the reviews that I rent a car for Uber and for 7 days they charge me $220 only for Tolls. They charge me for Bridges of both sides when driving in when driving out. And + $11 a day bridge Admins fees…..!
