I had a terrible experience with Hertz. I made a reservation over a week in advance, but when I arrived (after paying for an Uber), I was told no cars were available and asked to check back later. When I followed up, they said the returned cars were already reserved for other customers and still couldn’t honor my booking. Monet was able to help me out Today at the Hertz Fremont location. She was a great help, super fun and awesome person to talk to. This made experience so much more enjoyable and I was able to get into my car within 15 minutes. Overall I had a great experience with Hertz and i’ll definitely be coming and also recommending this location to friends & family.
No srvice at all. Dirtiest place.
