The worst customer service the guy with pony tail Asian dude he was a acting like he runs the business I was stand there for almost 15 min and he picked up the phone and talk with other customer over the phone almost 15-20 min and he was so frustrated on the phone asking other customer answers, I know his frustration but you don’t have to be mean if you can’t work you can quit and leave. The manager there was very rude, I was waiting and keep hearing he was so un very professional with others! He created a new reservation where I had a free car rental from my insurance, they received a call and they didn't even notify me! It's a good thing I came there 2 days after to check, and they just told me just right there! they are charging me for those days and charging me gas!!! for $59.64 where I returned the car 80%. Scam! This company will rent you a car and overcharge excessive fees for the smallest thing knowing that most people wont bother. Vote with your money and do not rent at HERTZ! Go elsewhere!

I would not suggest renting a car from this location for Uber, as their prices are excessive and the staff is rude, unprofessional, and disorganized, often failing to answer calls and lacking proper organization.
