Scammers! I make reservation online I drove 2h to pick up the car and when i get there they say they have no cars and details must be find out online. be aware of this company!
No one is responsible to answer the phone,doesn’t make sense to have a phone number……
Very disappointing experience. I had a confirmed reservation, but when I arrived, the agents told me there were no cars available—The computer system is broken. The staff were not supportive or helpful at all. I wouldn’t recommend this location.
The lead staff person/management assistant Ms. R., is always essential in making this Hertz location the must 'go to rental car business'. Her expediency, knowledge, customer service, smooth personality, and command staff presence-all greatly benefit customers and sets a great example of being the type of employee and shop that I am sure Hertz wants to retain. Associates and I always look forward to doing business at Fremont HLE.
