Have never seen such a badly run Hertz outlet. There is no awareness about what President's Circle is and its employees, especially the manager is very impolite. Dont expect customer service. They dont believe in upgrades when they dont have the car that you booked and want you pay for the next category. Haven't seen this in any Hertz location across the world.
Whenever you go there, do not trust this people.

Very disappointing experience. I had a confirmed reservation, but when I arrived, the agents told me there were no cars available—even though there were clearly cars parked in their lot. The staff were not supportive or helpful at all. I wouldn’t recommend this location.
