Worst rental car experience ever! I would rate no stars if possible. I am 68 years old and have previously rented many cars during my career. I had a reservation and checked in online to pick up the car. Agent behind the counter (Dan Burlaw) did not seem properly trained and had to make multiple phone cars in order to rent cars. Multiple people requested Dan contact management for additional assistance but Dan failed to take appropriate action. I waited in line one hour and fifty minutes to pick up car.
Like other reviewers said, we filled up our tank within 4 miles of the airport and when we turned it in, they charged us over $30 for 3 gallons. We filled the tank completely. Three gallons will not fit in there. They charged us automatically for it so we couldn't even refuse. We will pursue this until we get a refund if I have to call them every day. Don't use this place.
Slow, slow, slow. 2 hours to rent a car.
Charged additional fees and could not get anyone on the phone for hours!
