The worst service ever! If you need a car, don’t come here. We booked from here and told them before we arrived that we’ll be coming after hours to pick up the car. The person speaking to us assured us that we’ll just need to use a link and we can get the car. Tried multiple times when we got there at 1am but it just said to try during business hours (at 7am!!!). While waiting there, someone else told us they had the same experience. Terrible service!!!!!

Waited 2.5 hours to get a car….. there were only 3 people in line with me. The gentleman at the front desk was not at fault and did everything he could. I can’t say the same for the other employees.

Skip this location unless you want to deal with multiple hassles. The first car they gave me the dash lit up like a Christmas tree right after I pulled on the highway. That took another hour to get sorted out but was still not the worst part of the experience. I returned the new rental car on a Saturday and no-one was there to check you in but the sign said just to leave your keys which I did. They finally checked my car in on Sunday the next day so I was charged an extra day, late fees and fuel fees. It took over 40 minutes... read more
