Worst car rental location I ever been to. Waited over an hour. 1 poor guy working the counter on derby week. Do yourself a favor go to any other agency The reviews are true.

Buyer Beware. I chose to fill my rental up instead of purchasing gas through Thrifty. I stopped at the gas station and filled up the rental. Drive the vehicle about 6 miles from gas station to airport for drop off. Thrifty add 3 gallons to my rental at $10.99 per gallon even though I filled the car up on my own. I will never rent from thrifty again during my travels. I wish I had read the 1.9 review score prior to renting as I did have other options, but chose Thrifty on this occasion.
