Recently rented a car to use for a music festival and had a wonderful experience with them. Car was clean and well taken care of, tank was full, all fees were explained in detail and the price was very fair. They made the process of my first car rental very easy. They also went above and beyond in their service, as I realized I’d left my wallet in the car after dropping it off, one gentleman went searching all of the vehicles in my make and model until my wallet was found. Thank you Thrifty.

this place is a big scam.. was told incorrectly by multiple people about multiple things… they sneak in extra charges constantly even when i declined any extras… both pick up and drop off they are terrible… DO NOT USE them if you expect to pay anything close to what you were quoted or already paid… closer to double…

Warning! This site fabricated our rental car return time in order to overcharge us. We returned the car before due time with more gas than we started with, but rather than being thankful, they changed our return time by four hours in order to overcharge us. By that time our flight was in Los Angeles! They promised to return the charge but we are still waiting.

Saw all the negative reviews after I made the reservation with them which made me nervous. Thankfully I had a successful experience. I didn’t have the best customer service at the pickup desk and you don’t get to select your vehicle but overall the price was right and had no issues with the reservation.
