Infelizmente aluguei meu carro pela Trifty … fui pra Sarasota como um carro elétrico saindo de Miami e foi um pesadelo ! No ato da locação não avisaram alguns cuidados que deveríamos ter para carregar o carro , ou seja a bateria acabou a 2 metros do carregador e não exigia nenhuma forma de manualmente empurrarmos o carro até esse carregador . Acionei a locadora e fiquei 5 horas aguardando a assistência num estacionamento do Walmart … simplesmente um horror ! Nunca mais alugo com essa locadora nos USA

DO NOT EVER USE THRIFTY HERE. We had a reservation, and we stood in line for almost TWO HOURS to sign the rental agreement and get the keys. Their process is so inefficient, and no one even acknowledged or apologized for the wait time. There are 4+ other rental car companies you can choose, and there were only a few people in line for each of them (and it moved quickly).
