DO NOT EVER USE THRIFTY HERE. We had a reservation, and we stood in line for almost TWO HOURS to sign the rental agreement and get the keys. Their process is so inefficient, and no one even acknowledged or apologized for the wait time. There are 4+ other rental car companies you can choose, and there were only a few people in line for each of them (and it moved quickly).

Great customer service all around. Staff was very helpful. We ended up booking two separate reservations back to back (reserved at different times), and they made it easy to let us keep the same car across the whole reservation. Car was very clean at the time of rental, ready to drive. I reccomend this shop or it's Hertz counterpart if you are renting in the SRQ area.
