Great experience renting from this Hertz/Thrifty location. I was able to modify my reservation and drop-off after hours with no problems. There was a flash-flood warning the day or our rental so employees had to stick around. They were so helpful & accommodating after a stressful day of driving.
The Thrifty agency is in fact Hertz, don’t go around looking for Thrifty. It is not indicated anywhere…
Showed up with a reservation and was told there were no cars for days. Got little more than an apology for ruining our trip. Didn’t even bother making a phone call or emailing. I’m livid.
Thrifty's "reservations" are guarantee of rate not car. This is a one star review because they had no cars available for us and we were relying on having a car for our stay.
Had reservation, came up to the counter and they said they had no cars. Awful.......... I uber'd from the ariport and was stuck.
