I rented with them twice in the last month because their pricing is cheaper than others but they do not clean their vehicles. There was finger prints on the windows sticky substance on the steering wheel and crumbs all over the seats and floors. Also found open food that’s not mine underneath the passenger seat when I checked for any items that may have fallen under the seat when I returned the vehicle. The staff are not helpful at all. They are in their phones while doing their job on the computer
I liked this place but after today, I’m done. Rented from this place multiple times and today feb 26 2026 I came in to pick up a reserved car and left empty handed. I’ve always gotten the manager special and was never offered an electric car but today I was. In the site it say mystery car gas, electric or hybrid but for some reason I couldn’t get a gas car. It was good while it lasted
Pick-up and return of rental was easy. Plenty of space to park in the back of the Hotel.
My first rental was 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾. Thanks to the guys that work there
