I was accused of causing damage to a vehicle on three separate occasions. Luckily I took photos prior to leaving the lot, and was found not at fault. I understand that people make mistakes, hence my hesitation to write a review until after the third accusation, but this appears to be nefarious. I am unsure if Angela and the store manager are attempting to make faulty claims against people for extra money or if they are not examining their own photos well enough but I do not appreciate being accused of damage I did not cause ... read more

I was going on a vacation for 5 days and was looking for places to get a rental. I went on my AARP Travel and found a decent deal for a rental that wasn't overly expensive but doable. The day I was scheduled to come pick up the rental was a Thursday and was there bright and early before my appointment time. They were late opening the door about 15 minutes late but the process took me a total of maybe 10 minutes since I did everything through my AARP Travel. I booked a car online and was assured it would be ready when I arrived. After taking an Uber to the location, I was informed that they had oversold and had no cars available. I waited for over two hours, but they still couldn't provide a car. There were no apologies or attempts to make it right. It felt like they didn't care about their customers' time or money.
