Reserved car thinking it was at the airport as it is advertised online. It is about 5 miles from the airport and NO shuttle. Had to take an uber. Once there had to wait about 45 minutes for our car to be ready. Had to use uber to get back to the airport as well. Not convenient at all
Great team over there, price was less to rent for 11 days to go cross country and back,than what an overhaul on my truck would be, crazy good deals and new car's? Less than 20k when I picked it up 👍
If I could put zero stars I would. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Absolutely zero customer service skills. I reserved a vehicle over a month ago. Arrived at this location and was informed they didn’t have a car for me and I’d have to wait. I did, and went through the entire contract process for a GMC Acadia and was told I had to wait 20 minutes for it to be cleaned. I was then notified they gave the Acadia to someone else and they gave me a Kia. Fine. After waiting an hour and a half I finally was given a vehicle. The car w... read more
