I’ve given to this place in Pleasant Hill many times but I just found out our community is not benefiting from these donations. Lees Summit community benefits from these donations. Lay Clergy thrift store in down town helps people in our own community with utilities, food and other needs. They take donations. I’m disappointed that this place takes from our community and does not help our community.
This place is just a donation center, but when I pulled up there were people sleeping in front.
