They have a rep named Alex I'm not impressed with this company it was great dealing before hand with them but since this guy took over you miss two payments and taking half of your money so u can barely live as well starting foreclosure procedures. DO NOT USE THEM.
Used Bob years ago on a commercial mortgage. He was very easy to deal with. His rates reflect the circumstances and When I ran into financial difficulty he was more than awesome in the circumstance. I highly recommend him as he's upfront about everything.
BE AWARE! This company will rip you off of everything you have, especially if you're in dire straits. The owner is Bob Freed (Robert JB) and he's responsible for my extreme debt, as far as I'm concerned. I will be dead before I've paid my debts, I was recommended this company (BOB FREED) through Citifinancial and they must be in some sort of partnership to extort any $ that they see fit.
