My experience with this company was terrible and the problems never resolved. I purchased an Arbor for a client. The Arbor was very wobbly after it was assembled and then 3 days after it was assembled one of the main vertical support beams cracked and split into 2 pieces. When I contacted the owner about the issue, he was rude and sarcastic. Since the Arbor quality was poor and it was wobbly, my client wanted a different Arbor/Pergola. Arrived well packed. Easy to follow instructions. I love my arbor/swing.
Ordered the 8 ft potting bench...bent screws were forced into knotted wood..it looked like a freshman h.s. woodshop project...would not buy from them again
I ordered a cedar porch swing and the quality exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship was superb and customer service was terrific. I'd highly recommend buying from this company.
