A handful of years ago, Tyler helped my mother in law get onto medicaid and into a nursing home(she has Alzheimers). We thought all was well until medicaid notified us that they want more money that she doesn't have and notified us that if they dont get the money, they will drop her. We called Tyler's office multiple times with no call back. We drove down and physically gave the papers for him to see what's going on. No call-back.
