Had the most amazing experience shopping at the Rollas outlet on Glenferrie Rd Hawthorn. Alex was an absolute wealth of knowledge about fits, sizing and the different washes, literally the best service I’ve received in years. Got some amazing jeans on sale but it was the service that made the experience something worth coming back for. If you need jeans in Melb head to rollas in Hawthorn!

First things first, it is not clear that the Jeans ordered are coming from AUS until Apple Pay is concluded, by then it is too late, as such a 2 week delay for delivery. Second when an obvious sizing fault is identified the ‘designers’ state that even if it is clear in photos that I have sent that the jeans are too small that they work to tolerances, what a whole size difference? Then when returned 2 pairs together at a cost of £35 I only receive one refund as they have to resolve the PayPal issue that has been raised by me ... read more
