Let me just tell you the level of customer service you get when you go to Three Times a Lady in Dickson, TN!!!!! And every time I go, it is the same! I went in to get a pair of shoes for a Christmas gift, and Kristina <sp> even did a ‘fuzz removal’ inside the opening of the shoes… what!? I was floored… attention to detail is key and they get it right! Every time! Anyway, go there and see Kristina and her wonderful teammates! They will definitely take care of you!

Up until today, I had fairly enjoyed going to 3xL. Just recently bought Brighton Apple Watch band, tons of lotions, etc - with the help of one of the nicest employees that they have (her middle name is Rose), this young lady has always treated me and mine with respect and complete joy- ☺️. But during Mother’s Day weekend my daughter purchased a perfume that she thought I did not have. Either that or she accidentally picked up the wrong box.
