Bad customer service.
Rude customer service would never ever go to this place again. Also overpriced for low quality.
I really used to enjoy this place, but it's not the same anymore! I think my favorite employee was let go, but she still appears in all the ads. I don't know, it feels odd. The service just isn't the same anymore for me.
We love going there, great selection, personalized attention, super friendly staff! Pay them a visit, you won't regret it!
