Dawn Nafziger is magic! After going to a physiotherapist at another clinic and getting Shockwave therapy treatment for tendonitis in my right shoulder, I spent a week in excruciating pain. I can’t recommend her highly enough! She is truly fantastic at what she does. Her depth of knowledge is evident in every appointment, and she takes the time to really listen and understand my concerns. What I appreciate most is how she presents solutions and treatment options in a way that feels empowering, I always feel informed, supported, and confident making decisions about my own health. It’s such a respectful and collaborative experience every time.

Have reconnected with Dawn as my massage therapist when she moved to this location after trying many others closer to home. I realized it was too difficult to find anyone comparable that listens to your needs and targets the areas requested. Recently saw my chiropractor 2 weeks in a row for some back pain and one visit to Dawn and it is gone. Happy to make the trek to Waterloo monthly to continue getting the quality and professional service Dawn provides.
