I have visited Julia for two reiki sessions and plan for returning for more. Being in her space and experiencing her practice has helped with feeling closer to myself again after enduring some big life changes. Within the session I felt safe in experiencing feelings and thoughts that I have tried to avoid in my day to day life. Three Tides Wellness has always taken excellent care of me from start to finish of my visits. Have lived down the road for years and won't be going anywhere else. Every service provider has gone above and beyond to create the most effortlessly relaxing experience, from the clean calming space to the in-service special touches (aroma therapy, sound bowls, music, etc) to the entry mini-shop with all its wellness goodies. I've been gifting myself and others with TTW for years and couldn't recommend them more highly : )
