I was not taken on as a new patient since the facility coordinator explained they were not taking new patients at this time, however I was really pleased by my experience with her. The services coordinator went out of her way to call me back, answer my questions, and look up additional resources for me even though she knew that I wouldn't be taken on as a new patient.
