We visited on Saturday, we got there at 2:30 there was still food trays out from lunch, we could walk straight in, no one came up to us and when we walked to the desk we were not greeted, we had to ask the lady where our mother was, she didn’t even get up to show us. At 2:30 pm my mother was still in her bed staring at a wall, while we were there the nurse came in and told my mother she has to wait to visit with her family so they could put her in her chair ( understandable they were short staffed) while we waited in the roo... read more
PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! MY RELATIVE IS NOW FIGHTING FOR THEIR LIFE IN THE HOSPITAL NOW! They let my relative just sit in a recliner most of the time, the food is always burnt. The nurses apparently don’t care, and most likely understaffed. They won’t answer the phones or give out any info, it’s like playing phone tag with these people!
Anytime Iv ever been there it's always been super clean, and the workers are always very nice.
