My fiance and I recently had the pleasure of working with Three Rivers Lending for our first home purchase. Kurt and Michelle were a dream team. They helped us navigate the complexities of the home buying process and were very informative, patient and kind. They answered all of our questions and QUICKLY! I would reccomend them to anyone! Thank you both so much we are forever grateful!
I’m disappointed with my experience using this lending company for a few reasons. First, the closing costs ended up being several thousand dollars higher than originally quoted, which was a major surprise. Additionally, I wasn't able to include my name on the deed due to a specific reason, and I was led to believe it would be inexpensive to add it later — unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.
