Me and my fiance Kadin purchased our first home today through Three River Lending! They kept up the communication, did everything they could to get us the best lowest rate! They kept us in the loop of things, they got me and my fiance approved instantly, we been at this process for 6+ MONTHS, and every other lender let us with disappointment or something came up. My fiance and I recently had the pleasure of working with Three Rivers Lending for our first home purchase. Kurt and Michelle were a dream team. They helped us navigate the complexities of the home buying process and were very informative, patient and kind. They answered all of our questions and QUICKLY! I would reccomend them to anyone! Thank you both so much we are forever grateful!
I’m disappointed with my experience using this lending company for a few reasons. First, the closing costs ended up being several thousand dollars higher than originally quoted, which was a major surprise. Additionally, I wasn't able to include my name on the deed due to a specific reason, and I was led to believe it would be inexpensive to add it later — unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.
