My husband had to do Respite Care at this facility while I had Total Hip Replacement. I was pleased with the care he received while he was there.

I would highly recommend Three Rivers to anyone who has a loved one that needs rehabilitation care. My sister couldn't have gotten better care during her time there. In addition to the excellent medical care and rehabilitation care they provide, they have an activity director that works very hard to make sure residents have activities to do that are engaging and fun. They were so helpful when I needed to schedule to take my sister to outside medical appointments. Three Rivers is the best!!!!!

Clean, Food was great, therapies were helpful and therapists very nice. Office staff helpful. Most of nurses and care partners were attentive and kind.

I had an amazing experience having completing my rehabilitation on my ankle. The staff is so knowledgeable and caring. I would recommend this facility to anyone!!!!

My aunt was a patient there for twenty one days and it was fabulous!! The staff was right on point and friendly. Her every need was taken care of. This place is highly recommended . The rehab program was a great help in strengthen her and giving her willingness to go home and continue to stay active each day.We are very thankful and blessed to have a facility with a caring and friendly staff in this area.
