I went to visit my grandmother today. I was so impressed with the cleanliness of this facility. The moment I walked through the door I noticed how clean and fresh everything is. The staff is welcoming and friendly and they treat my grandmother like they truly care about her. I appreciate what they are doing here to bring care, cleanliness, and dignity to the residents.
Three Rivers Health & Rehabilitation Center is an “Excellent “ facility!!! Recently, my cousin was admitted there and believe me, total professionalism beyond my wildest imagination was exhibited ! Our family was told during a hospital stay my Uncle was ready for discharge, but needed rehab and could not go home! Three Rivers Health and Rebab was at the top of our list. However, more importantly as a retired LTC Administrator I/we knew that his wife needed 24 hour care as well. It was obvious to me at 89 showing signs of Dementia she needed to be admitted with him. The staff at Three Rivers Health & Rehabilitation in Windsor NC has always been very kind and helpful to our family member who is a resident there. The office staff is very professional and eager to help when we need it or have questions. Thanks to everyone who works there.
My mother was in Three Rivers for almost two weeks for rehab after a hospital stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The Rehab team got my mom back on her feet and walking again. Everyone was welcoming in answering my questions and very helpful with getting us set up for home health and outpatient rehab. The staff has called twice to check up on her and offered that if we need anymore assistances that we can contact them for help. Thank you Three Rivers for making it possible for my mother to go home.
