Three Rivers is a very special place, the love of the Lord fills the halls. Great care is given to each resident, the staff are friendly and generous.
Following having my second hip revision on 9/9/25 I was transported to Three Rivers Health and Rehabilitation Center on 9/12/25 to begin physical therapy and occupational therapy. Ever since the moment I arrived I was made to feel welcome by the administrator, social workers, my assigned nurses and CNA’s. I went to visit my grandmother today. I was so impressed with the cleanliness of this facility. The moment I walked through the door I noticed how clean and fresh everything is. The staff is welcoming and friendly and they treat my grandmother like they truly care about her. I appreciate what they are doing here to bring care, cleanliness, and dignity to the residents.
Three Rivers Health & Rehabilitation Center is an “Excellent “ facility!!! Recently, my cousin was admitted there and believe me, total professionalism beyond my wildest imagination was exhibited ! Our family was told during a hospital stay my Uncle was ready for discharge, but needed rehab and could not go home! Three Rivers Health and Rebab was at the top of our list. However, more importantly as a retired LTC Administrator I/we knew that his wife needed 24 hour care as well. It was obvious to me at 89 showing signs of Dementia she needed to be admitted with him.
