What a great small town bank! I called ahead and actually talked to a live person! Unheard of these days. When I stopped in I was greeted and met with an advisor within 10 minutes. Becky was very helpful in getting my accounts setup and answering my questions. I would recommend to anyone looking for great rates with spectacular customer service.
I had an account with three rivers bank and fell victim to fraud and my account was hacked and instead of insuring my funds and account they are holding me responsible for for this. Then my stimulus check was sent to that account after it was closed they took my stimulus check to pay towards the fraudulent charges. This is money to help the country get through this hard time not pad the pockets of a bank that probably also collected the insurance for the issue.
