First when I had break problems on my ebike I took it to Oscar's bike shop in Gaithersburg. After 1 month it failed again. When I took my bike to this place, let me telling you they are amazing, they did brake repair on my ebike inexpensively and even put couple screws on my fenders which were missing for absolutely free. They truly go extra miles to earn your business. Love this place. You won't regret. #PS# 8/29/2023 I swapped my mechanical brakes for hydraulic one and they did an amazing 👏 job. Poor experience, definitely not Germantown Cycles anymore. 3 weeks for simple tube replacement. Now the shop is frequently closed during published business hours, no one here, no one answers the phone. Still can't get the bikes back, unreliable at best.
