It looks alright on the surface, generally clean & food is good. My issues were with both the owners, Erik & Adam. If Matthew, the administrator is no longer there, I'd look elsewhere unless you’re ok with dealing with two duplicitous & condescending narcissists (my experience as a woman). All staff and visitors are forced to wear masks at all times regardless of extreme heat & absence of any mandates. Three Home Village is a gem! I love working with Adam and Erik when assisting families determine how to care for their loved ones needing complex care. Transitioning from their own homes to an assisted living home is stressful enough but they took the time to get to know their needs (usually both cognitive and physical care) and cared for them in their unique setting I wish every care home can offer. Three Home Village has truly set a high standard for assisted living environments. After looking at several different residences, I can confidently say that this place stands out, primarily because of its incredibly caring staff. The relationships formed here are genuine, and the attentive nature of the team makes a significant difference in residences’ lives. I moved my dad into Three Home Village two months before Covid and the shelter in place in 2020. I chose Three Home Village because I have had previous experience with Erik at another assisted living facility. He was top notch, professional, extremely personable and completely trustworthy, and I could see no better spot for my dad to be.
