Weird people and non helpful
I called on a Saturday at 7pm. I asked them were they still cashing checks. The guy on the phone says yes and proceeded to ask how much it was and confirmed that if I get there before closing ( 8pm ) he could do it. I live 15 minutes away. I get there at 7:20. I ask them about cashing my check and he asks the manager who says no. I told them I called and came 15 minutes in a ride to get it cashed. Refused to cash it. I could’ve went elsewhere. Ruined my evening and my daughter’s birthday. Thanks.
I used this agency for fingerprinting and provided the correct, updated company information. The business had previously been listed under a different background report but was changed under state protocol, so we brought in the new form to reflect that.
