We had a wonderful family experience! Spencer was an awesome tour guide. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient with our 8yo and 9yo as we went paddle boarding for the first time. We would definitely do this again!
AVOID THIS AGENCY! Booked the service of this agency through viator. The experience was ridiculous. Specifically, I booked a manatee kayak tour in blue springs on December 30 well in advance with confirmation received that all as planned and arrived to the previously agreed location only to find out that their team did not show up. I arrived at the designated spot at 7:40 AM and waited in the rain until 8:35 AM, with no notice or response to calls during this time. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Amazing would be an understatement! We booked a tour with Noah out of the St. Augustine location, and it was the perfect beginning to our day and weekend. I may be slightly bias because he’s my brother…. But you will truly not find a better guide. His free spirit, caring and loving attitude, as well as his knowledge and appreciation for the water, animals, and nature is unmatched. If you are looking for an amazing time on the water and to be guided by someone that truly cares for you and nature, book this tour now!
They are just scamming people. What you sign up for is not what you will receive, they are a waste of time and money. Was excited the entire week for this just to be let down for no reason. Wish I never wasted my time and money here.
