I ordered some flowers for my aunt, and the woman on the phone was so kind and helpful. She helped me pick out a few other items for her as well, including a lotion and a magazine. They then delivered it right to her room. Great experience and definitely recommend this gift shop!
I live in Detroit, but wanted to send a custom gift for my brother-in-law who was hospitalized at VCU. Kamarie was so kind and helpful in attending to me. She spent significant time listening to what I wanted to put together for him and searching throughout the store to assemble a gift that would, as close as possible, meet my request. I was so grateful for such excellent customer service!
Just because you're in the ghetto doesn't mean you have to play the music to match. It's very inappropriate and offensive.
Customer Service was horrible. Broke the lid on my water bottle that I bought there. Went back to see if there was replacement lids. They acted like they did not care. Left my # so they could let me know when they call the manufacturer. Let's see if they call me back.
I understand this place is located in not the best part of town but, does the music have to represent that as well. Couldn’t even go in to shop. It was so loud and pretty ghetto.
