Great product and their online service was quick and efficient!
Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else! The range of tiles is AMAZING, the service is above and beyond. Sometimes it is tricky with measurements, but Kymmy is on it, NOTHING is a too hard. She is so happy to bring out samples until l find the one! Always excited to go to Three Balls Red, they are the absolute BEST!
Kindly asked to exchange lamp shades I bought a few week ago and was told they don’t want to. Disappointing client experience.
No customer appreciation whatsoever. Go to ABI interiors. They give 5% of large orders, free delivery over $1000 even to regional areas. Plus they offer 60 day return on products that over purchased, change mind etc. This store my Mum had to hire two trucks and do on her own. Then when broken tiles they aren’t patient for builders and tilers to unpack and check damage you only have 48hrs no understanding, care or compassion. Greed!!!!
I couldn't be happier with the service and the quality tiles from Three Balls Red. A huge shout out to Donna who helped us through the process. Our bathrooms look amazing!
