Took my gravel bike down the 35km route from Thredbo to the picnic area a bit beyond the trout hatchery. A nice mix of flowy singletrack and rugged, technical rock gardens. Appears to be better suited for full-on mountain bikes, but you'll survive (and have a blast) if no suspension is more of your game. I managed to not get any flats running 650bx47 tires with tubes.
Note this is not a commercial business simply the area in which the track is located, the track is essentially free to use, if you have a driver willing to drop you off at a stat point. A nice way to spend an afternoon, I recommend looking at the website to see what parts of the track are open as it is subject to weather. Closed during winter.
Very small place, hard to find parking, over charged. Go to perisher valley. This is not worth it.
