Very disappointed with this store. Was told they could do embroidery work for me and have it done in 5-7 days. After 7 days I continued to call and 15 days later was told they couldn't do the work but could heat press. Told to come the next day at noon. Went at 1 and told by the owner it wasn't done, they didn't have the black vinyl lettering and told to come later that day. Went back and its done along with now there's a stain on the item.
