I wouldn’t touch THPK ( previously emerald mountain accounting) accounting with a 10 foot pole. They have made numerous errors in my bookkeeping and tax preparation and take no responsibility for it or explain how the error occurred.…. Do not use them! An accountant logged into my bank account and changed all the info so I could not log in.I thought my whole bank account had been hacked Many hours and lots of anxiety later I figured all of this out on my own and when I contact them, they didn’t seem to care or apologize. Great firm. Professionally, prompt and good communicators. They really helped us not only get our books in great shape but also build much needed process to streamline our accounting overall. Highly recommend.
It has become apparent that their moto of "People-First Firm" is not true. I email them twice over a 10 day period with no response. I called and have been on hold for over 15 minutes. The receptionist was very rude.

We have been using their services for years. They have always been so helpful and made completing the tax filing for our nonprofit easy.
