I found Gail of Thousand Words Photography on a Google search and hired her to do a maternity shoot and gender reveal for my mare (yes I am THAT excited about her pregnancy). I am from out of town so we planned the shoot via telephone and email and she gave me a bunch of great ideas for "props" to incorporate from the floral necklace around my mare's neck to the mini pink halter for the gender reveal. After meeting Gail at a local horse and getting some awesome pictures of my weanling I had her do his 2 year old birthday pictures as well! She is now capturing the journey of my thoroughbred makeover horse. Pictures are always beautiful! Highly recommend Gail!

Gail is very talented and very easy to work with. I first became aware of her talents when she reached out to me to help her with some marketing projects. The photos she supplied me with were very inspiring, and it made my job that much easier. She really has an artist's eye, and doesn't over pose her subjects. Instead she captures the moments organically, as they happen, and that's where the magic lies. Her work is done with thought, love, and care --- and that quality can be seen in every shot she takes. Highly recommend!
