I reached out to this business looking for a specific part for an older model of Graber shades. Even though I wasn't a previous customer, John went above and beyond to help me. He searched through their inventory, found exactly what I needed, and gave me five of the parts for free! Truly exceptional customer service. I know exactly who I’ll be calling when I’m ready for new blinds, shades or shutters. Highly recommend!
I met with three blind/shade firms and Those Blind Guys really stood out. It started with Chuck, who sincerely just wants to help a customer find the perfect blind. He listens, he consults, and he's fun to work with. Then Glenn and John came by to answer some follow up Qs and they are extremely knowledgeable and like Chuck, just wanted to help in any way they could. They were great at helping us with ideas on how to frame the blind in, too. Great company because of great guys and great prices!
We have had two awesome experiences with those blind guys! First in our master bedroom and so we used them again in the cassita. We did shades with Somfy motors and the charge lasts 6 mos! The guys were so awesome to work with. And they beat the prices of their competitors that came to my house before them to try to make a sale. We've had our plantation shutters for over 12 years now and they still look and work as great as the day we had them installed. Any time we've needed them tightened, tweaked or adjusted, Chuck, John, and team are quick to help and provide great service. You cannot go wrong with Those Blind Guys!
