The team that came out to install was very professional, and the quality of customer service was fantastic. There were a couple of issues, but the company resolved them without us even having to request a resolution.
THE BEST!!! Those Blind Guys are awesome from beginning to end. I called and left a message - Chuck (the owner) returned my call within minutes and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time and was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He answered my many questions, measured my windows and gave me a quote on the spot. This guy knows his stuff! He searched through their inventory, found exactly what I needed, and gave me five of the parts for free! Truly exceptional customer service.
