I have gone to this business for over 20yrs and was always happy with the service. until this year, took dang near a month to get my taxes back and I had to call two different times. then the cost doubled to have them done. I can't afford to have them to process my taxes anymore. not sure what happened when they switched names of the business. all I know I don't recommend the business anymore to anyone.
I’ve had both my business and personal returns done here for quite a few years. After their rates increased dramatically I decided to switch accountants. I gave my new accoutant the past 4 years of both my business and personal returns along with all of the documentation I had previously given to Haga Kommer. Extremely rude accountant (Scott Thorsen) and very uninformative, they leave you in the dark about a lot of things, and charge you because they didn’t inform you so you need to pay for there mess up’s, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, go to H&R Block or turbo tax
