Austin Stellato is very professional and patient, he always responded to my calls and explain the process until I was comfortable and understood what was going on at every step of the process. Ms. Channa Clemens and Mr. Eric Cohen took over and they were great as well. Thanks to this team, I am a new home owner. I would definitely recommend this business for anyone seeking professionals to assist in the purchasing of a new home.
I had the worst experience with this firm stay away if you want your home buying process expedited. I was working with Austin at first (GREAT) then transferred to Channa and went down hill no communication between employees, paper work takes forever and I am the one that has to reach out and ask how things are going and what else they need. She stated to me “ she is working from home so is always doing other things to”. I had to ask for extension and they didn’t even seem to care or try to help.
