The secretary in the office does not keep good records of payments and agreement . After making so many payments I had no receipts . She changed the agreed fee that I signed for. If you will go with them. U have to be careful in dealing with the office . So hard to get in touch with the attorney on phone but it is best to deal with her directly.and this is the VA office
