I called this medical clinic so many times they don’t pick up the phone I don’t know why. The Receptionist Debbie is so RUDE 😡 she does not know how to properly answer patients. After calling for 1 week straight they finally pick up the call and reply by saying all the other spots have been booked up the latest appointment is 2:15 and 4:30. Good doctor, but terrible reception. I had gone in for an ultra sound test on a blood clot ordered by the walk in clinic (because it takes months to get an appointment with my family doctor Dr tatzel). After getting the results sent to my family doctor I was then contacted by his extremely rude receptionist v I believe, saying that they didn't have time for me and I'd have to go back to the walk in.
