Typical Thornton's location. Easy In and Out
We had high hopes when this Thornton's facility opened last Summer. But, after having gone there three times, we were disappointed all three times! From pumps not printing receipts (out of paper) to inability to tap my credit card on the reader, we have had enough of this place. And, we noticed that the fuel prices were no longer less than other stations. There's no longer any incentives and/or reasons for us to get our fuel here. This is a management/hiring/training issue! Paid at the pumps and got ripped off. Lost $30.00 because they charged my card too much. I called the store and the manager Leslie gave me Customer service number.. no resolution and it’s been 9 days.
Store is always clean. Most of the personel is friendly. The fountain drink(diet coke) is usually broke.
