Beware when using a debit card to purchase gas at an outside pump. Filled up suv for $19 on 7/8 at 7 pm on pump 5. Our account was immediately charged $126! Inside cashier said it was "for security" and the difference would be "refunded within 12 hours". Magically, our account was refunded within 5 min. Wth? It's the last time we buy gas at Thorntons.
