I usually have a pleasant experience at this location. But today was an unpleasant experience. I came in for a coffee refill with my cups as usual. One of the cashiers then accused me of it not being a refill before I had to correct her and point out to her that I had come in with my cup. This is all on camera. Wow! I’ve been a 711 and Speedway guy for over 15 years. Thorntons has officially won me over for many reasons. The employees actually CARE about YOU. Multiple different employees took their time to help me. They try to help you save money by informing you about the awards/deals etc. The Velo rep (Victor) also has won me over from ZYN which I would go thru 1 a day to now VELO. AMAZING staff members, great deal and beautiful store. Who ever is running this place is doing a great job. This is how you run a successful business.
