Like everywhere very lean staffing at busy times. I called customer service and they have outsourced the customer service number to outside of USA. I couldn't understand a word the customer service said. Lol okay guys lets hire people who cant speak english to help you in customer service wouldnt that be helpful? Ha ha get it?
