Well trained and knowledgeable staff. Great environment. Mat is a great physio helped me with the rehab process. I feel so positive and motivated after few weeks of attending physio sesh.

My initial session went according to plan. Mat explained everything that was happening to my shoulder, what the damage was, and what we would need to do as a team to get it moving again. I would highly recommend Dave at Thornton physiotherapy. Over 5 weeks he has helped me regain strength and mobility back in my arm after a fall. He has explained and shown me how and why I am doing the particular exercises / stretches he has shown me , and i can now continue to use these when needed. Thank you .
