I can't comment on their services because I could never get them to respond to a request. The contact form on the website doesn't work. I sent two emails to the contact listed and never got a response. I called and whoever answered the phone seen both surprised and annoyed that I was looking for help with taxes. I was connected to the voicemail of one of the partners, left a detailed request and never got a call back.
